Fens Dental Nurse Agency was established in 2008 by Karen Thompson RDN OHE. Karen has been in Dentistry since 1991, where she started as a Trainee Dental Nurse in a small but busy NHS practice in St Albans. From there she has spent the last 20 years working in both NHS & Private practices. Karen has worked in the Oral Maxillo-Facial Surgery & Orthodontic Department and Community Dental Clinics within three very busy Hospitals
Karen is qualified as a NEBDN and in 1995 as an Oral Health Educator. She has completed courses in Implants for Dental Nurses & Inhalation Sedation. She is also up to date with CPR training and Immediate Life Support.

Unlike other agencies we solely concentrate on being an agency to cover your staff shortages, not for recruitment. We have a bank of nurses that we can call upon to assist you on a daily or weekly basis.
